I think my concert ticket collection is growing and overpowering my movie ticket collection, if I had a movie ticket collection. I would rather go to shows than to the movies, even though there are a few I would like to see. As you all know, me and Jeff went to see Sunny Day Real Estate, which was so good, and it surpassed some of the other shows I have seen, Easily.

Jeff made me an Amazing mix CD, too! Aside from listening to all the really good music, I really like to import the Mix CD's into my itunes, pick a picture from iPhoto as the CD cover, and put the title of the CD and everything. Good. Good.
Speaking of Jeff, we went to see Yo La Tengo on friday night. I thought I was going to have to go alone because of his original plans, Gina's hanging out with Keeg's and my friends disinterest in the band. But he surprised me and changed his plans so he could go! It was the most empty show at soma I have ever seen, aside from the 14 year old girls in front of us, and my Bio teacher lookalike.

This is YLT up close:

They are old. Apparently, the bassist looks like my father, minus the hair. Minus the bear.

This is a BLT up close:

Did I tell you about how I want to start eating meat again? I have no idea when, I partially don't want to because I have been a vegetarian for so long, but I need to eat more protein. I will just up my salmon and almond intake.

This past week, in art class, some awesome punk guy asked me to help him with his perspective drawing, because he couldn't get it. I helped because he is cool, but I didn't help too much because I wanted to draw. Then, the next day in class, a Palestinian woman, who is extremely sweet, kept asking for my help. After the class, she said I helped her more than the teacher did and she had a new understanding towards it. Her work did look really good towards the end. Success!

I just woke up from a nap, well about 2.5 hours ago, extremely tired and hot, and I never
know what to do with myself. So I made coffee for myself at one, because it's what I do when I wake up. I was surprised that I was actually able to sleep before my opening shift, 5:30 am, and after my shift, which was at 10:15 am. I fell asleep with a giant headache in the very lower back of my head when I got home last night, and I kept seeing dark spots when I opened and closed my eyes. I am glad I woke up and am alive. I like mornings, except for the usual lack of sleep, because they are quick and easy, but I hate my job (X) , especially when I open on tuesday, then go to class. Especially Especially since I requested Jeff's birthday off months ago and she scheduled me to work a Closing shift. Cool manager. But she is cool, She listens to Sunny day.....but she's really into Twilight, REALLY into it. Cool factor, lowered.
GINA (and Katy if you are here) I am excited for wednesday, we must Ketchup.
Oh! and I got my haircut, but the lady cut it shorter than I wanted it, hopefully it will grow fast. I almost dyed it lighter too, that would have been scary.

(X) Yes Jeff, I listened to Between the Buried and me.

Oh god, I just had to run outside because scott played the wrong song at the wrong time.

I have never been into BLTs. Maybe because I can't stand Ts and I can easily pass on Ls. BTA, though...

That is Bacon Turkey Avocado for those of you who are UNKNOWING.

Oh and what BTBAM song did you listen to?

I think I would totally be into BTA if I didn't get a stomach ache from the A's and if I ate B. I'm really into T though.

I listened to More of Myself to kill and What we have become. But the only plays I have of BTBAM are around 5:30 AM, except for the occasional 9:30 AM, which must have been before work.

I know, I know, I don't have Alaska.

OH, you did it wrong!

First off, you need to get Alaska. If you can't get Alaska, get Colors. If not Colors, then The Silent Circus. Trust me, you will be very happy.

At the time, there were not enough seeders for Alaska. I do have colors though.
I almost listened to Prequel to the Sequel!

Glad you had a show-partner. It's always nice to have someone with you to scream, "WOOOO!" or "I LOVE THIS SONG!" to.
That BLT looks awesome. And in regards to Jeff, isn't a BTA a Club Sandwich? And could it be a BLTA or even better, a BATL, if you don't mind lettuce?
ANNIE. Eat bacon again. Or even better, drink bacon:

I got a haircut too, but I like mine. Just a trim/revamp/more layers than last time. Sorry you don't like your length. Let's dye each other's hair lighter. It'll probably look really good.
I can't wait to see you on Wednesday. For some reason, it seems like it's been WAAAY too long. I have a midterm the next day, but FUCK IT. I don't even care. Hos before Homer.

Lets just call it the BA sandwich.
The BA sandwich + B vodka = The most BA meal.

That's what I like to hear!
You know I put the Ho in Homer.

BTBAM sounds like it could be such a good sandwich combo. I mean, think of the possibilities...

Bacon Turkey Bacon Avocado More Bacon
or
Bacon Tomato Basil Artichokes Mozzarella
OR
Brownies Toffee Butterscotch Animal Crackers Marshmallows

I could seriously go on and on...

OH, and speaking of haircuts, i'm sure everyone can relate with this graph:

Annie Szafranski • October 19th 2009 • Reply
Joe your totally right, and when Jeff wrote BTBAM, I thought of a sandwich at first. I think the last one is my favorite, but maybe because it has marshmallows in it.

Such a good way to think of new recipes:
Bisquick
Tang
Blueberries
Almonds
Marshmallows mmmmmm?

For the graph I agree with the end result, but usually its all downhill (from here.) Then it slowly goes up again.

If we are going to talk about bacon then we can't leave out the one person who we all know LOVES bacon...

I love everything about that comment Joey. Spot on.
Can we have a day where we just make all of these BLT BTA BATL BTBAM sandwich combos? I can't even explain how happy I'd be with all that bacon everywhere.

Mark will agree with me, the best BTBAM would be a Bacon Turkey Avocado (chipotle southwest) Mayo.
Or Joe will agree with me when I say the best BTBAM is The Oprimer.

"wait... what?"

YES Jeff! Except it's called a TAB.

And speaking of Oprimer, but not really, I learned about Big O notation today Jeff, thanks to MIT.
