my computer is dead forever.
i just wanted you all to know, and to shed a tear for me.
it's my screen. it's dead.
i didn't drop it or spill anything on it. i always leave it at home and take extra good care of it. it just stopped working one morning.
sadness.

:( are you going to take it in to an apple store to get it checked out? I know this model has had a lot of problems. Ryan, the aussie at Salk, has had to have his replaced 4 times in the past 4 years. Hopefully they can do something for you.

Geez, that is crazy! But at least it wasn't your hard-drive...
I suggest buying a cheap external monitor and plugging into that until Apple releases new laptops...
