Possible side effects

Today marks the third day of limiting my caffeine intake (+1 caffeinated tea). Now I've made this a goal before, but after multiple nights of heart palpitations on and off for what feels like years, i've made it mandatory. I want to sleep without feeling like I'm having a heart attack.

Hearts are a serious thing, and I've been avoiding mine, as well as telling anyone because, I hate doctors.(Minor comments from health teacher last semester about my semi-high heart rate, and SFSU nurse asking me if I smoked, she didn't tell me to watch my heart rate, thanks ho.)With that, I've taken note of my surroundings that have had similar problems.

Gene Simmons- In season two of Family Jewels, Gene goes in for a check-up and the nurses are SERIOUS about his heart, and have to shock it back to its normal rhythm. Terrifying. He had the pressures of the polygraph test, which apparently everyone knew about?

Augusten Burroughs-He wrote one section about going to see a cardiologist, after seeing a doctor. Everything was totally cool, because he thought he was going to die of a heart attack, but turns out he just needed to take some pills. Doable.

Starbucks employees- Probably everyone gets these. You give us unlimited coffee, we'll go wild..but not like frappuccino wild, that's just stupid and gross. Man up people, man up.

Anyway, I'm tired and I've got to get my laundry. Everything is going to be cool.

Heart palpitations, eh? I know that game. Lately I haven't been getting too many which is SO AWESOME BECAUSE THEY GET REALLY SCARY. Follow my lifestyle and you'll be good:
1-2 cups of coffee in the morning, daily vitamins (chewable, and preferably gummy), peaceful music, daily exercise (but not too intense), 1-2 glasses of wine at the end of the day, bedtime or chamomile tea while reading for enjoyment, lots o' sleep.

**advisory: school and work fucks this whole routine up. I mean, how can you be expected to live healthily while studying and pulling long shifts? seriously?**

I hear wine cures almost everything, this must be included. I'll get a move on it, thank you!
