Well I first learned C++ in middle school, and did a little bit in freshman year and sophomore year of high school (betcha didn't know that about me!)...not saying that I'm a master genius, but I recognize everything we're doing. Either way, I seriously need a refresher course, lol.

Although you may understand less of the workings of C++ in this class than Chris or I have learned you are by far doing more cool stuff with it. Enah.

I'm taking a class called Artificial Life, Culture and Evolution. The description from my prof's website: "How to describe, understand and explain the complex adaptation of individuals to their social, technological and natural environments. A workshop in building experimental multiagent and evolutionary models with which to study alternative "what-if" counterfactual scenarios (counterfactuals). A look at the cutting edge of Artificial Life, Artificial Culture and Evolutionary Computation."

Syllabus is here: http://www.duke.edu/web/isis/gessler/2009-Fall-alice/
