Tuesdays are waaaaaaay too long. Being on campus for ten hours kills a little part of my soul and my back. Those chairs are really uncomfortable. But I think the worst thing about being on campus for so long is that I am virtually silent for an entire day. You can't meet people at a school as big as SDSU and therefore, you have nobody to talk to. It's sad. I feel lonely. I've started singing along to my ipod when sitting on a bench and writing. Nobody ever tells you how lonely it is to be a college student. They always emphasize the bonding seen in sororities and fraternities even though it's a small sector of the campus (usually, not at state...) who participates in those activities. I. Need. To. Make. Friends. Or write more often or find a hobby. I was talking with Katy about this last night and I came to the sad realization that I hang out with a total of four people. Amber, Janine, Annie and Katy herself. And I usually hang out with the last three as a group, so they sort of count as one person. I guess I'll be able to focus on school and writing as I should. But I still like seeing people.
I cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot WAIT to go to Philadelphia. I got my ticket on Monday and am counting down the days. LESS than a month technically. AHHHHHH! I'm so freaking excited, you have no idea.

it is better to have 4 great friends than 400 mediocre friends. Maybe you should knit or something...

Very true. Knitting would be nice. I could make everybody scarves, sweaters and socks for Christmas.

No one is friend-worthy in your classes?
I agree with Jeff, you should knit, that way when we are together again (without the elders) we can knit it peace.
