Well I've heard of them but have never given a listen. I see that they're going to be at Coachella the day I'm going so perhaps I should give them a shot? See if they're worth seeing?

I actually have a top four that I'm excited to see and they are as follows:
1. Paul McCartney (OBviously)
2. Beirut
3. Girl Talk
4. M. Ward

although, and i do hate to judge, but i have to agree with jeff, you need to step it up man! you listen to appleseed cast for god sakes! crystal castles is like videogame music with a beat. although, i have to say, with a few beers in me, my judgment would waver as well. im just trying to keep you on the top tier!

Thanks for stating your opinion so eloquently. One of the main reason I Like crystal castles is they sound like "videogame music with a beat." Last Night my friends and I had an impromptu techno dance party. To make a long story short glow sticks, friends, and some Crystal Castles (CC) made for an excellent evening. BUT! I do not consider CC one of my favorite bands and I hope you can still trust my judgement. ha

I know I missed the boat on this one but I have to say, HA! that band is old, I knew about them a long time ago. But I will say that I am kind of excited to see them play at coachella because I can dance like a freak. I definitely prefer girl talk over CC, because there is good quality music in his mash ups. gina, you forgot morrissey.
