Medical Emergency
My left ear is full of water and has been throbbing for the past three hours.
I will kill myself if it doesn't stop soon.
I took two Ibuprofen at 2:30.
Didn't change a thing.
I need something wonderful, like vicodin.
I'm going to die, I'm going to die, I'm going to die.
Anyone out there know a good cure?
If so, LET ME KNOW.
Oh my God, I'm never going swimming again.

my mom actually had water stuck in her ear for a couple of months. after a while, she finally couldnt take it and went to the doctor, turned out she had an ear infection (!!!) if the pain doesnt stop soon or if water doesnt miraculously come out after a while, i suggest you at least call your doctor and ask whats up.

the alcohol solution works if you use it right when you get out of the water but its to late for that if your eat is hurting. I used to play water polo and that would happen a lot. If it hurts its infected and swelling. I once got an infection and the canal in my eat swelled shut, it hurt more than I can describe and the doctor had to shove a small sponge in my ear so it could absorb ear drops. I suggest you get some antibiotic drops as soon as possible.
